Although we do all we can to make every pair perfect, sometimes we make mistakes. If there’s a problem with your Bajío sunglasses because of something we did, we’ll make it right. Simply return the sunglasses to the dealer where they were purchased together with the original receipt. The dealer will ship the sunglasses to FFE for assessment.
- All of our original, retail Bajío branded eyewear products are covered, to the original owner, by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage (including scratches, cracks, or hinge damage) caused by accident, alteration, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use in connection with accessories or other products not provided by Bajío for use with the products.
- If your original, unaltered product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our discretion. If we choose to replace your product due to warranty reasons, we may at our option offer you a credit toward the purchase of a replacement.
- Damage not covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for processing.
- This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to products purchased from authorized retailers. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products which may be obtained through aftermarket or unauthorized dealers, to any products which are purchased or received used from the original purchaser, or to products sold as factory seconds, “reconditioned”, “renewed”, “restored”, or similar classifications.

Life happens. If you damage your Bajío sunglasses, we can help. Broken frames, scratched lenses? FFE will ship your glasses to the Bajío team for repair against the following charges:
- Break your frame it would cost 75.00EUR
- Break a lens it would cost x for a new set of lenses
- Glass 85.00EUR
- Polycarbonate 71.00EUR
