FlyLab reels have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects only. To claim warranty on a FlyLab reel, a valid dated receipt must be presented.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft, loss or damage caused by transportation such as airlines, UPS, FedEx or other couriers, intentional damage, or damage from neglect. Furthermore, normal wear and tear issues and cosmetic issues will not be covered by warranty.

In case of a warranty claim, please return the reel to the dealer where it was purchased together with a valid sales receipt. The dealer will assess the problam and confer with Flyfish Europe. If a repair is possible the reel will either be repaired by the dealer or shipped to Flyfish Europe’s repair center for service. If a reel is not repairable due to a manufacturing or material defect the reel will be replaced.

In the event of bad luck causing an un-repairable problem with a non-warranty reel, Flyfish Europe will offer a replacement or an upgrade. This offer is valid for 5 years from the purchase date. The FlyLab reel will be replaced with the most comparable current model for a replacement/ upgrade charge.

If the reel model is discontinued and out of stock an upgrade to an equal model from a newer/ existing series will be offered for the same replacement/ upgrade charge.
