European Smith Optics Warranty
Smith have built their reputation on quality and high performance products and FFE stand behind it. If you experience a defect or lack of compliance in the Smith product you purchased, FFE warrants your sunglasses against manufacturing/ material defects for the life of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage due to self-inflicted damage, misuse or improper maintenance.
Please note: Sunglasses with a true manufacturing/ material defect will be replaced at FFE’s discretion.
FFE do not repair sunglasses that are broken due to self-inflicted damage, misuse or improper maintenance
Return the sunglasses to the dealer where it was purchased together with the original receipt. The dealer will ship the sunglasses to FFE for assessment.
