European Smith Optics Warranty
Smith have built their reputation on quality and high performance products and FFE stands behind it. If you experience a defect or lack of compliance in the Smith product you purchased, FFE warrants your sunglasses against manufacturing/material defects for two years - from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage due to self-inflicted damage, misuse or improper maintenance.
Please note: Sunglasses with a true manufacturing/ material defect will be replaced at FFE’s discretion.
FFE does not repair sunglasses that are broken due to self-inflicted damage, misuse or improper maintenance
Return the sunglasses to the dealer where they were purchased together with the original receipt. The dealer will ship the sunglasses to FFE for assessment.
